A Bit About Me

Hi, I'm Christine

I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach after battling health concerns that were heavily influenced by my own obesity. After years of fertility issues and 5 miscarriages, my daughter was finally born. I took one look at her and knew I had to get my act together. I made the decision that I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I successfully lost 102 pounds by implementing proper nutrition and developing a fierce dedication to fitness!

It is now my mission to help others achieve their health goals.

I’m a working mom of two under two years old with very little free time on my hands. I gave Christine a tall order- build me a plan that can help me stay active and get my body moving in 10-15 minutes/day. She accepted the challenge and built me a plan specifically to meet my time needs, but also focused on my body’s needs recovering from two pregnancies. She sent personal demo videos of my workout, with modification options as needed, explained best practices, and stayed in touch to check in and keep up motivation.
